The main goal of the Center of Excellence is to drive the digitalization of thousands of processes, successfully implement hyperautomation technologies, and ensure that all stakeholders achieve maximum efficiency from these processes. The center continues its efforts to achieve this goal by focusing on advanced technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), low-code/no-code (LCNC) platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI), and machine learning (ML). The Center of Excellence enables Limak Cement to manage its processes more quickly and efficiently, while also monitoring all operations in real time. In this way, management enhances its decision-making efficiency by having access to up-to-date data at all times. In addition, the center minimizes risks arising from the transition to a low-carbon economy by developing strategies to manage climate risks and aims to capitalize on opportunities throughout this process.

The center also aims to contribute to its environmental responsibility within the industry through the Green Data Center, which is planned to be operational by 2027. With this project, Limak Cement will enhance its energy efficiency and further strengthen its operational efficiency by making its digital infrastructure more sustainable. Limak Cement’s Hybrid Center of Excellence will continue to lead the digital transformation of the global cement industry in the coming years and play a key role in facilitating the integration of next-generation technologies into the industry.
